In the midst of this pandemic, AEA was given the opportunity to work with BPSOS to help seniors in lower socioeconomic communities. We received $3,000 worth of funding to put towards items in order to assemble care packages and distribute them to these seniors.

On August 22nd, AEA had an opportunity to volunteer at the Mayor's Health Equity Response Task Force's Distribution Event. With the help of many doctors, nurses, and other organizations, more than a thousand packages were given out that day to the low-income families in the Houston area.
Volunteer Opportunity - We provides incredible volunteer opportunities to give back to the community, both health and non-health related.
General Meeting - Expert health professionals and graduate students were invited to our events, providing our members with exclusive information on how to make themselves a competitive applicant as well as opportunities to connect with potential co-workers.
